Jen's Training Log / July 3

Woohoo -- taking advantage of the neighbor's wifi at Jay's mom's house! OK, so after the parade and before the fireworks tonight, I biked 17.75 kms (which I haven't yet converted to miles) followed by a 2-mile run. During the bike I came right up on a deer nibbling grass in the ditch, which was pretty cool.

Tomorrow I'm supposed to swim, so I'm going to have to dig up a lake somewhere! Hope everyone's having a great weekend! :), Jen
