Long time since we last post... in addition to being incredibly busy - we lost our camera.

I do have some pics from my conference trip to Texas. This was my third trip in 3 years. Totally worth it if you have film interest. Movie stars and after screen parties all backed by an ongoing film and interactive conference (so you can learn things like how not to get sued or how to operate the latest HD camera or how to work with the actors guild or how to make a movie go viral online or how to create a contract when Netflix buys your movie rights).

After you do your morning classes you do a lot of standing (in line) so you can do a lot of sitting (about 5 movies a day for 5 days). Drag yourself back to bed around 2am so you can get up at 6:30am and do it all over again. Exhausting but fun.

The Alamo Drafthouse, Austin TX is my home away from home. Love it there.
