Back from Vermont!

Hey everyone! I'm back in Minnesota after nearly three weeks away. Between a lovely, lovely Christmas in Arizona with "Grandma Farm" and twelve intellectually stimulating days in Vermont for school, I admit it feels awfully good to sleep in my own bed again.

This semester, I have a new advisor with a new assignment: Write the entire first draft of my critical thesis for my first packet. That means I have a 30-page research paper due in less than a month. Ah, good times, good times.

(In a side note: Why I think I have time to type this blog entry is beyond me!)

Still, I'm excited to be back in school and anxious to get to work. I'll let you know how it's going!

Here are some more pictures from Vermont... xoxo, Jen

The picture at the top of this post = Me with roomies Jen and Sara. (Miss them!) This picture is with Robin Hemley, my first-semester advisor and author of (most recently) Do-Over.

The coolest bathroom floor ever. (In the Montpelier public library.)

I'm not saying this is my dorm room... and I'm not saying it's not. At least not to my boys, who I'm always asking to clean their rooms.

Sign made by the grandchildren of one of this semester's graduates. LOVE IT.
