Christian is now 11!!!!!!!

Christian turned 11 today! We were lucky to have Grandma Wanda with us. Somehow I still managed to hurt myself assembling Christian's new scooter. Jen was able to watch via Skype from Vermont as he opened presents. You have to love Skype. Sorry about the duplicate videos... having trouble deleting the extra one.

Fathers Day

Slept in. Fished. Movie. Pizza.
My largest sauger to date... 21 inches.

Where is Christian? Just of camera playing DS. I should mention that Jen finished yet another tri this morning with flying colors. We really regret not watching her cross the finish line.

Summer times

Funny how I take the boys fishing (that's code for hiding under the shade of the bow to play DS) and they still out fish me. Shortly after these PICs I broke a bone aligning the boat while on its trailer. Hope to go fishing this coming weekend - crutches and all - accident free.

Christian is a rock star!

Christian and I ran a Trail Run 5K yesterday with a ton of hills. It was a killer. I added two minutes onto my previous 5K time. Christian CUT two minutes off his.

Do you realize what this means? Christian finished nearly SIX MINUTES earlier than I did.

I'm so proud!! Here are the official race shots. (I'm running with my friend Tracy, since Christian ditched me.)
